Ø No amendments 48 hours before travel.
Ø Payment Policy: Ticket charges, are paid in full before issuing the ticket, 50% Per Person has to be remitted in advance to confirm the Tour package and 100% payment has to be cleared 20 days before the departure date.
Ø 100% cancellation charge will be applicable on tour service cancellations.
Ø Rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Ø Standard Check-In: 1500 hrs. & Checkout: 1200 hrs.
Ø Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is subject to availability unless booked and confirmed in advance.
Ø Delay in processing payment beyond stipulated time limit will result in rooms not being available /auto-released/ rate change.
Ø The above-offered quote is valid only for this booking.
Ø Only inclusions mentioned in the quote, upon confirmation of the booking day-wise itinerary, will be designed given based on availability and cost taken into consideration. Any deviation from the suggested itinerary will attract additional costs.
Ø Hotels may collect a refundable security deposit amount at the time of check-in. The same can be paid through cash or card.
Ø Any change in the number of passengers will lead to a revision of the quotation & reschedule policies.
Ø Refunds are based on the terms & conditions applicable over the services provided. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of the service completion date.
Ø Refunds will be initiated within 7 - 14 days.
